To avoid that small mistakes lead to penalty's, on this track we will have two exceptions on the "2 wheels inside the white is the online rule":

    - On the outside of turn 1, where we can easily go too wide and there's no advantage in that, because there's less grip and a few bumps.

    - On this green area before the last turn, we can also use it this way:

We will check it, to avoid the need to check everyones laps, sometimes is better to open exceptions to the rule.

Good and wise decision! I still do think that you can loose more than you can gain here.

Thanks, I also agree that probably we wont gain nothing there, but this way we avoid discussions about it.

I just run a few laps on it, I was happy with my lap on the 1:10 secs, but when I checked the server fastest laps, you are already on the 1:09 low.

So if we do this every lap, we won't be penalised? This definitely gains you time, something like 0.3-0.4 seconds, but if it's the same for everybody, it doesn't matter, I would just like to confirm that it is allowed 100% of the time for all.

Yes, if is allowed is for all the time. I try to avoid most of times, I only use it I enter with too much speed. If use it this is way, you find yourself braking on the kerbs for the next corner.

Yeah, it will be risky :D

I guess the reason that no-one mentioned the run-off on turn 2 is because the kerbs there are bad. No use going wide there.

What about the exit of the final corner when you get onto the main straight? What will be allowed?

Should we basically follow the guideline here of whichever way gets you round the fastest, is allowed?

I really don't want to do anything illegal, nor do I want to avoid doing something, which then costs me a second per lap.

    Thanks :D

Yes, going there will be only for loosing time.

That's a good question, that gives doubts yesterday when I made some more laps, after I post here those two exceptions.

I don't want to turn this on an off-road racing, that way I think it's best to keep the main rule there, since is a slower corner than the previous one and it isn't hard to avoid going off, but we can discuss it.

Maybe I will just stick to the normal rule between the white lines, if others feel they want to do it, it's their prerogative.

I prefer to stay on the clean side of things, and if it costs me points, so be it.

That's why I said to let's just keep those two exceptions and they are there just to clear things for everyone on points where there's no major difference between keep it on white lines or not and avoid the need to check everyones fast qualify lap and most race laps, that's an hard job.
